Meet Cambria, an Atlantic Canada-based certified yoga teacher, certified cold water therapy coach, and lululemon Ambassador with seven years of experience spreading the transformative power of yoga across Canada. Holding a 500-Hour YTT certification, she specializes in various yoga styles, including Vinyasa Krama, Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. Cambria is passionate about sharing yoga and making it accessible for all levels.
In 2021, Cambria took her first cold plunge, forever altering her world and making it a cornerstone of her wellness and mindfulness routine. For her, the synergy between yoga and cold water practice is undeniable. After completing a 100-day cold water challenge, braving the icy waters of the ocean and ice baths each day, she was inspired to create East Coast Plunge. With East Coast Plunge, she coaches individuals on their journey toward unlocking the incredible benefits of cold water therapy combined with yoga techniques and practices, offering a unique opportunity for personal growth, stress management, and well-being.
Scott Munn, through his camera, defines spaces where real people and real moments are evident. Born and raised in Saint John, New Brunswick, he brings his friendly approach, youthful enthusiasm and twenty-five years of experience to each shoot. His work projects his passion and he is infinitely curious about the world, whether he shoots for local creative projects or national tourism campaigns. For over a decade, Scott was Tourism Nova Scotia’s principal contributing photographer and for six years he toured nationally with Parks Canada. Recent successful tourism campaigns include Port Saint John, Envision Saint John, Fredericton Capital Region Tourism, and the Harvest Music Festival. His images have been featured in books, online publications including National Geographic and The Globe and Mail. Along with his experience as a photographer, he directed and co-produced his first film for the National Film Board of Canada in 2018. That same year, he received two Gold Digital Publishing Awards from the National Media Awards Foundation for the film Paula. In 2021, he began work on his second documentary film project about Freeman Patterson–a renowned New Brunswick nature photographer, Order of Canada recipient, award-winning gardener, writer, and environmentalist. The forty-four-minute documentary is currently airing on CBC Television and CBC Gem and received a gold award for Best Short Documentary from the Montreal Independent Film Festival 2023.
